Look under the announcements section of this board. There are version updates and additional quests. I'm not sure what the license you purchased covers. I know there is a section that was created for people who purchased from BF on this board. Oleg is very good about keeping the information on the board accurate and he is quite helpful.

As for your skills question, the peas don't actually move between pods. You choose which pod (skill set) you want to add to when you reach the next level. Make sure you have highlighted or selected the skill set (pod) you want before you click to close the level announcement. If you do not do this the game will select the skill level that increases. Also, you cannot increase Robin's skill if you are in a level that he is not available for game play (like when he gets kidnapped by the pirates).

There is also a MF guide available on this board. The information in the guide was written for the original MF but still helps a lot for MF Ultimate Flower. Just do a search on this forum (upper right corner). Other players have also posted strategy suggestions on the board too.
